"What a lovely place ! I wanted a dog friendly cafe to go for breakfast and this was perfect. I had the French toast with maple syrup and bacon - so tasty ! Cute touches , something to see everywhere you look and little gift shop too."

"We visited from Glasgow as my husband had a tour booked at nearby Lindores Distillery. The Nook is nicely decorated and all the staff members were happy and very friendly. The sandwiches are huge and very tasty, and my husband enjoyed his Mac and cheese. We booked a table and although it was quiet when we arrived, the place was full very quickly and you can see why. The cakes are amazing - the chocolate cake is probably one of the best I have tasted! I wished we lived closer!"

"Beautiful coffee shop and larder set in the quintessential village of Abernathy. Family and dog friendly with a wonderful range of food, drinks and yummy cakes. A very warm welcome and friendly atmosphere and extremely good customer service. The Nook is a beautiful place inside and pleasing to the eye. A must if you’re in the area."
